TCU-IRC has facilities such as:

Computer facilities

The centre is facilitated with two computers for user to search the needed information. The computer is connected to the internet where by a user can search information through OPAC, IR, DSpace and other Open Access databases.

Reading environment

The centre has a reading area with two reading tables and four chairs each such that 8 users can be accommodate at once. The room also has 7 library shelves full of textbook and other information materials for user to browse through. Users are allowed to enter, browse and read the information inside the room and leave the book on the table. The centre also has a space for daily newspaper reading.

Printing facilities

TCU-IRC has a heavy duty printer and colored copier whereby a users can get that services at a small amount of fees. 

OPAC

The centre has OPAC system where a user can search the information materials and their status i.e the system will tell the user if that information resource is available at the centre or borrowed, and the user can reserve the materials.

Internet facilities

The centre has internet portal where a user is allowed to connect his or her laptop and searching for the needed information.
