TCU-IRC is under one of the government  agencies The Tanzania Commission for Universities. In this regard, it is operating following government working hours i.e Opening hours for physical visits are from Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 15:30hrs. The centre is also closed on public holidays and weekends. 

Online services are for 2400hrs.
